When I received the refill bottles (2), they were bubble wrapped to prevent breakage but the bottles had leaked, soaking the labels so they look awful now. The bottles had the pumps in the refill bottle but did not lock the pumps or have them in an off position. My suggestion would be to seal the bottles and send the pumps separately out of the bottle.

This is the second purchase I’ve made for the refill size. I love this product. I have been using it to refill 2 of the small bottles that we carry in our cars. Not only does the refill size last a long time, it’s also the most pleasant smelling sanitizer I’ve ever used! The aromas of the botanicals are more powerful, yet not overwhelming, than the alcohol. This product does not seem to dry out your hands like so many others. I recommend ordering this when you see it as it is frequently out of stock.

The product as well as the packaging was superb. My hands feel much better with Hippie Hands product compared to other hand sanitizers.

Love, Love, Love this hand sanitizer. The size of the bottle fits perfectly in my cross body bag and the refill makes it last longer with less waste.
